What we do

Four disciplines, one accountable supplier

Most sites need more than one of these, and they work far better when designed together than when three different contractors each install their own.

  • Telecommunications

Business phone systems — PABX, VoIP, SIP trunking and fibre or LTE connectivity that keeps your lines up.

Why TNT

What actually makes the difference

  • One supplier, four disciplines

Your cameras, access system, phones and network are designed together instead of bolted onto each other. When something breaks there is nobody to point at but us.

  • Specified from a site survey

We look at the site before quoting. Most disappointing systems were not badly installed — they were specified from a catalogue instead of a walk-around.

  • We fix what we install

The person who quotes the job is involved in delivering it. You are not handed to a call centre once the invoice is paid.

  • Documented and handed over

Labelled cabling, tested results, and a team who has been shown how the system works before we drive away.

How it works

From first call to working system

No surprises, and no commitment until you have a written quote in front of you.

  1. Site survey

We come out and look at the actual site — what is there, what the constraints are, and what you are trying to achieve. No charge, no obligation.

  2. Written quote

A quote that itemises equipment and labour separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and compare it properly.

  3. Installation

Scheduled around your operating hours where possible. Cabling is labelled and documented, and we clean up after ourselves.

  4. Handover & support

We show your team how to use it before we leave, and you get documentation. Ongoing maintenance agreements are available.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you charge for a site survey or quote?

No. We come out, assess the site and provide a written quote at no cost. You are under no obligation after that.

Do you work with homes as well as businesses?

Yes. Much of our work is commercial, but we install for homes, estates and body corporates too. The approach is the same — survey first, then quote.

Can you take over a system another company installed?

Usually. We assess what is there, keep whatever is still doing its job, and quote to replace only what is not. A full rip-and-replace is rarely necessary.

How quickly can you respond to a fault?

Response times depend on whether you hold a maintenance agreement with us. Contract clients get priority and after-hours callout. Tell us what uptime you need and we will be straight about what we can commit to.

Do you offer maintenance agreements?

Yes, on all four service lines. These cover scheduled checks, priority response and, where relevant, after-hours callout.

Tell us what you need

Send through the details and we will come out, look at the site, and put a written quote in front of you.
